I have one of these in my Pokemon Heart Gold game. Anyone who knows what this is knows the significance of it, and how much work went into getting him.
In other words, anyone who knows the significance of this deserves a follow :)
I never got one, but it was definitely the most incredible shiny pokemon in existence. :(
